We are proud that we can offer friendly, professional, comprehensive and effective support to any individual who comes to us for advice on re-training and what courses are best for them once they have spoken with Careers Wales.

If we cannot offer the course you need we will point you in the right direction to any provider that will give you what you need to succeed.

What happens when you call or e-mail us:

1. We will ask if you have been to see or have contacted Careers Wales to discuss your eligibility for ReAct funding (You should do this first)
2. You will be asked to come in for a friendly chat about your circumstances and what courses may best suit you
3. If you decide to continue with our courses we will put together an individual training plan and complete your ReAct Application Form for you to send to the Welsh Assembly for funding approval
4. Once you have approval from the Welsh Assembly Government we will contact you to inform you of your start dates for training
